My husband couldn’t get his watch fixed anywhere. I heard a client talking about this new shop, mending watches and clocks so I popped in.. they couldn’t have been more friendly and fixed the watch without a problem. Amazing. Thank you so much 😊

I have just had my mum's old Westminster Chimes clock serviced by It's time and they have done a fantastic job, it's working again and keeping good time, not only that, but the gentleman very kindly showed me how to speed up and retard the clock. I would certainly recommend them, great job, thank you.

Massive thank you to Mark and his wife for a first class service fixing my parents Anniversary Clock,  Dad bought it Mum for her 18th birthday, 62 years ago, it had not worked for some years and my Dad was desperate to get it fixed before he is taken from usThey were speechless seeing it on the mantelpiece ticking away, so very happy 😃

Spent hours looking for the perfect clock, to finish off a room.  Had a wander round this lovely shop and found exactly what we were looking for.  The owner is very knowledgeable and ensured the clock was in working order before we took ownership of it.  Will definitely have a return visit.

I went In with 3 watches on Friday that had been waiting to be fixed for sometime. Fab customer service! I advised no rush on watches if busy etc. The watches were all done and fixed just hours later! Great service and the cost was just outstandingly good!
